Do you have a minimum order?
We require a $200 minimum order. You are welcome to mix and match designs to fill a case on items excluding t-shirts & hoodies. If you don't want to not order by the case, you can mix and match from all categories for an extra $0.50 each item.

When do I pay for my order?
We do not offer Net30 or PO accounts. We will provide a detailed invoice upon getting your order request. All orders must be paid in full prior to being fulfilled. We do not accept partial payments.

Will I get charged taxes on my order?
We require your state resale or tax license id number to remove sales tax from your order. 

Will the items come packaged for resale?
All items come with Teetroit Printing LLC brand packaging unless you select custom packaging that is available on some items below for an additional fee. These items will have this option in their product description. You agree not to remove our branding for display in your location.

Will you ship to a PO Box?
No. You must provide a residential or business address for shipping.

Can we promote your items online? 
You are welcome to place the purchased items on your website and/or social media listed for sale. We ask that you tag us on Social Media (Facebook, X, Instagram, Tik Tok) posts @TeetroitPrintingLLC when product arrives to your location and we will do the same for you on our website and social medias when the order is shipped. This helps build a stronger relationship with each other.

How long should it take for me to get my order?
Please remember that I am a print on demand printer. Once payment has been accepted, it can take upto 14 business days to print depending on the size of your order.  Honestly, we rarely hit 14 days anymore.

What about live vending at cons or marketplaces other than my retail location? If you are participating at a live vending event we are not, you are welcome to sell the items. However; you agree not to sell items purchased from TeetroitPrinting LLC at live vending events we are BOTH vending regardless of custom package branding or not. 

Do you offer refunds, store credit or exchanges?
