We request upto 14 business days because I am a 1 man shop, I print for other clients and I vend live events. With the world still experiencing steady supply chain issues, there may be times a few orders will be delayed. If your order is affected by supply chain issue we will notify you and we will keep you informed of the new timeline.
I keep our most popular items stocked but in some cases I may need to order special sizes or quantities for an order; if I need to order blanks for your order, you will receive an email with the subject line "BLANKS ORDERED".
Once the blanks arrive, or if the items are already in stock, you will receive an email with the subject line "IN PRODUCTION RUN" indicating that it has been placed in the print que.
Once your order has been printed and ready, you will receive one of the following emails "SHIPPED" or "READY FOR PICKUP".
