Why does my item feel stiff when it arrived?
Depending on which form of printing was performed to decorate your item; from the printing process. We recommend a wash before you wear any clothing item.

Clothing:
For best results and prolong the life of the print, wash the garment
inside out in cold water and dry in low heat. Do Not Bleach or Iron.
Drink Tumbler:
Dishwasher safe on top rack or wash by hand.
Blankets and Towels:
For best results and prolong the life of the print, wash the garment in cold water and dry in low heat. Do Not Bleach.
Tile Coaster:
For best results and prolong the life of the print, gently use a soft cloth and cold water to clean then allow to air dry.
Art Canvas:
For best results and prolong the life of the print, gently use a soft cloth to wipe off any dirt or dust. Avoid scrubbing and getting item wet.
Footwear/Headwear:
Use a damp soft cloth to gently rub the dirty area. For best results avoid scrubbing and hot water. Do Not Bleach.
Air Fresheners:
