We do not offer same day service. Our typical production time is 5 business days after payment and mockup approvals but may take up to 14 business days after approvals because I am a 1 man shop, With the world still experiencing steady supply chain issues, there may be times a few orders will be delayed. If your order is affected by supply chain issue we will notify you and we will keep you informed of the new timeline. If you require quicker turnaround time, a 15% fee will be added.
We highly recommend your artwork be high resolution of 300dpi minimum in SVG file format for the best printing result. We also accept PNG, JPG and PDF file formats. If you supply art in one of those formats, we recommend it be your requested print size. For example; if you supply art that is 4x5 and want 16x20 the print will be blurry. We will print what you send. If you would like us to adjust or create artwork for you, the fee is $50 per file.
Quantity Discounts only apply if all items are of the same design but shirt colors can vary. For example: 30 t-shirts but they are 2 different art designs would be two orders of 15 - not one order of 30. Pricing reflects the base clothing items, changing brands/models will increase cost.Custom printing orders do not come with retail packaging.
